Refund Policy

If the guide is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. No explanation is required, though feedback is welcome and helps us improve the material.

Refunds are handled by Digistore24 GmbH, the authorized reseller and merchant of record. You can request a refund directly through the Digistore24 order or buyer support link in your purchase confirmation email, or by emailing AIResearch@support.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the guide ends and access to the guide page is no longer authorized.
